• Define multi-year operations strategy aligned to priorities and regulatory expectations.
• Design scalable operating model including capacity and location strategy.
• Standardize processes and training across locations.
• Own end-to-end service delivery across multiple operations domains.
• Operate a consistent quality and remediation model with root-cause analysis.
• Lead fraud and client-impact remediation with strong documentation.
• Deliver digital solutions to simplify processes and reduce rework.
• Maintain a strong first-line control environment and monitoring routines.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and translate insights into roadmaps.
• Define metrics and cadences for quality, productivity and risk indicators.
• Lead a large multi-site organization with talent development.
