Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a capable professional to support product teams with technical inquiries, tender assistance, and product comparisons. You will coordinate with Sales Support, PMMs and BDMs to ensure accurate information and timely responses across hardware and solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher; at least 3 years in a business environment; strong Excel (formulas/automation); excellent English communication; solid printing hardware knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3 years experience working in a business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create formulas and automation in Excel.
• Ability to effectively communicate in standard business English.
• Has strong printer (hardware) product knowledge.
• Has attention to details.
• Strong background utilizing Office Systems-- Spreadsheet (intermediate to expert).
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong program management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to product related questions and assists in tenders and RFPs.
• Makes product recommendations and creates product comparisons.
• Gathers and ensures product certificates are up to date.
• Provides hardware and solutions compatibility and supports SPR processes.
• Submits non-technical SPRs in ServiceNow on behalf of account managers.
• Facilitates product trainings and prepares marketing bulletins.
