Outsourced is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our Creative & Marketing team in Manila. The role supports internal stakeholders and external clients across presentations, digital marketing, branding, motion graphics, and website content.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and corporate design experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create charts, diagrams, infographics, and data visualizations.
• Build and maintain presentation templates with consistent branding.
• Transform written content into polished, visually engaging presentations.
• Design email marketing assets, invitations, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Support branding and creative projects for internal and client needs.
• Create assets for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Update website content and images through a CMS.
• Produce light motion graphics and basic video editing.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when required.
• Maintain marketing collateral and creative asset libraries.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients to deliver creative solutions.
