Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Director for Enterprise PMO to drive global project execution, including post‑merger integrations and cross‑regional standardization across a BPO footprint. Reporting to the COO, you will orchestrate high‑stakes internal initiatives and ensure timely delivery across regions.

You will lead and influence regional heads, manage dependencies with IT, HR and Finance, and provide data‑driven reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and program management experience including post‑M&A integration.
• Experience managing global projects spanning AMER, EMEA, APAC with cross‑regional standardization.
• Ability to influence regional leaders without direct authority.
• Deep PMP/Agile expertise and structured change management practices.
• Experience in a global BPO or tech‑enabled services company.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational vision into concrete project plans and track execution across global delivery sites.
• Lead post‑M&A operational integration across acquired companies' operations, infra, and workflows.
• Standardize internal procedures across geographies to remove silos and duplicate workflows.
• Coordinate global rollouts respecting time zones and cultural nuances.
• Identify and track project dependencies with leaders across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Operations to prevent bottlenecks.
• Provide senior leadership with data‑backed visibility into project health and milestones.
