Job summary

Lycopodium Philippines is recruiting a Piping Designer to join our Manila team. You will produce company and industry standard models and drawings from the design engineer calculations and sketches, ensuring compliance with Australian and International Standards.

The expertise you'll bring includes a university degree in Engineering Design Drafting or 3+ years’ experience, proficiency in OpenPlant Modeller and PID, and strong time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering Design Drafting or 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design layout and detailing of chemical, pharmaceutical or refinery plants.
• Experience in OpenPlant Modeller and PID.
• Experience in gold, base metals or iron ore is advantageous.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Producing company and industry standard models and design drawings from calculations and sketches.
• Follow and implement company standards and ensure drawings comply with standards.
• Register and file project documentation according to procedures.
• Review vendor drawings and design data.
• Disseminate project design data to team members in a timely manner.
