Strada is a leading global provider of people, payroll and technology solutions, operating in 180+ countries. The role of Payroll Subject Matter Expert involves driving process improvements, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting major projects across delivery centers and geographies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll operations, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Advanced expertise in several HR process areas including payroll and HR administration.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement in HR delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service to define accounts and processes.
• Proactively initiate process improvements to improve performance.
• Support client requirements access and compliance across regions.
• Coordinate with training teams to establish required programs.
• Ensure data migration, testing, and go-live readiness for payroll processes.
