Job summary

Kyndryl invites a seasoned HR Payroll Professional to join our global payroll team. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across locations while upholding regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with employees, HR, and vendors, implement payroll policies, and drive automation using Excel macros, VBA, and RPA.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in payroll processing and operations.
• Strong knowledge of pay policies and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with global payroll and vendor coordination.
• Proficient in Excel, including macros.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and compliant.
• Coordinate with employees, IT, and vendors to align pay policies.
• Audit pay records by department, location, and country for data integrity.
• Lead third-party payroll system implementations and upgrades.
• Apply government regulations to earnings and deductions.
• Identify automation opportunities using Excel macros, VBA, and RPA.
