Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Procurement organization seeks a Manager, Payments & Experience (PEX) Global Process to support Global Services, One Procurement, and business strategy.

The role partners with Service Delivery leads and GPDL teams to develop and monitor global metrics, create process content, and drive improvement across regions. You will lead digital tools and collaborate with IT to implement enhancements and controls.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience
• Knowledge of eMP and AP Supplier Portal
• Experience with Requisition to Pay and Accounts Payable processes
• Ability to analyze complex data to draw supportable conclusions and recommendations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Support the GPDLs in governance, maintenance, and improvement of the E2E Global Standard Process Design across regions
• Serve as SME for digital procurement tools and coordinate with IT on system changes
• Optimize use of metrics to enable continuous improvement and monitor trends
• Coordinate with process owners during audits and ensure SOx controls
• Support strategic initiatives with GPDLs and stakeholders to improve efficiencies and experience
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency
• Support development and implementation of automation and AI initiatives
• Collaborate with departments to improve profitability and cost projections
• Build value through strong relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers
• Integrate Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day teamwork
