Job summary

Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) seeks a Manager - Paid Social to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. You will own end-to-end paid social execution, optimize performance, and report results to stakeholders.

The role involves mentoring junior team members, leading agency briefing discussions, and ensuring SOP adherence across targeting, bidding, data usage, and client funnel optimization. Proficiency with Meta and TikTok ads is essential.

Qualifications

• At least seven (7) years of experience in social media marketing with proven success.
• Experience leading and managing teams is ideal.
• Deep knowledge of proactive and reactive paid social optimizations, forecasting, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid social campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting.
• Own day-to-day performance of campaigns with full accountability for results.
• Train and manage junior team members on best practices and delivery.
• evangelize SOPs: targeting, bidding, platforms, data usage, and funnel optimization.
• Lead agency briefing discussions and collaborative planning meetings.
