Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting or business related course.
• Experience in accounting roles.
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Good communication skills.
• Confidentiality and discretion of a very high level is expected.
• Capable of meeting very strict deadlines and flexible to work in a team environment.
• Highly energetic and self-motivated, proactive and resourceful.
• Able to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment and to perform in highly interruptive conditions to meet time pressures/deadlines.
• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carry out activities to meet individual and team KPIs in Service Delivery.
• Ensure Finance and Accounting provides effective service to clients.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial books per Maersk Finance Manual and local guidelines.
• Process accounting transactions efficiently and in line with policies.
• Implement internal financial reporting in line with global guidelines and timelines.
• Support timely external audits and submission of audited FS to authorities.
• Provide timely information for management budgeting, forecasting, and profitability studies.
• Engage with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Back-up processes for other team members and standardize procedures across regions.
