Qualifications

• Own and continuously improve global order management processes across regions and segments.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows to improve efficiency.
• Drive scalable solutions aligned with digital supply chain transformation initiatives (automation, AI, SAP enhancements).
• Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
• Ensure global alignment and version control of documentation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end knowledge of Order Management across Microsoft Supply Chain (order intake, confirmation, fulfillment, exception management).
• Lead implementation of scalable solutions and automation across regions.
• Collaborate with Channel Management, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to ensure process execution.
• Articulate problems with data, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain clear and structured process documentation and training materials.
