Job summary

Harte Hanks is seeking a highly organized Product Manager to coordinate products from customer order through to timely delivery. The role focuses on project coordination, follow-up, and communication between retail customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or related coordination roles within retail or consumer products.
• Proficiency with B2B customer platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba) and digital networks.
• Experience with EU/USA retail customers and international suppliers.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills to keep multiple projects on track.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional English communication across cultures and time zones.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with clear communication.
• Reliable, structured, and proactive in task completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end process from customer order to delivery in EU and USA.
• Act as central point of contact between retailers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor production, shipping, and delivery timelines and follow up on actions.
• Follow up with suppliers on progress, packaging, and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time shipments.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or risks to customers.
• Identify issues early and coordinate solutions with factories and logistics providers.
• Ensure clear communication of customer requirements and delivery instructions.
• Maintain accurate order and delivery data in internal systems.
• Provide timely updates to customers on order status and delivery.
• Coordinate product samples, approvals, and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Finance for smooth fulfillment.
• Support process improvements in order coordination and delivery.
