Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is hiring an Operations Program Manager in Taguig City, Metro Manila. The role requires single-threaded ownership of all Ops & Supply Chain workstreams for high-volume programs, with responsibility for ramp plans, readiness reviews, and mass production ramps.

The position operates in a hybrid setup (office in Taguig City) and offers end-to-end accountability across global product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to engineering, supply chain, or operations.
• 7+ years of experience in operations or supply chain program management in consumer hardware/CE environments.
• Single-threaded ownership experience for all Ops & SC workstreams on a program.
• Deep expertise in ramp management, readiness reviews, and MP ramp tracking.
• Strong command of NPI scheduling including PRD, HW milestones, and build schedules.
• Experience managing BoM, manufacturing cost, and inventory targets.
• Proficiency in supply chain risk management for EOL and geopolitical risks.
• Experience working with Asia-based CMs (e.g., Foxconn, Pegatron, BYD, Luxshare).
• Ability to hold CMs to schedule, quality, and cost commitments.
• Strong executive communication and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all Ops & Supply Chain workstreams as the single-threaded program owner.
• Manage factory ramp plans, readiness reviews, build schedules, PRD/HW milestones, and mass production ramps.
• Control cost targets including BoM cost, manufacturing cost, and inventory targets.
• Proactively manage supply chain risks (component EOL, sole-source risks, geopolitical supply chain).
• Hold Asia-based CMs accountable to schedule, quality, and cost commitments.
• Present program status clearly to senior executive leadership.
