Job summary

TradeWindow, a rapidly growing global SaaS company, seeks a senior leader to head Support and Onboarding across the TradeWindow products. The role is based in the Philippines and will coordinate teams in NZ, AU, PH and Indonesia, representing the company locally and shaping country leadership presence.

You will drive onboarding quality, customer outcomes and training programs while contributing to overall strategy as a Senior Leadership Team member.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-country support or onboarding teams (15–30+ people) in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience owning or contributing to a customer academy, training, or enablement function is highly desirable.
• Strong track record managing distributed teams across different countries and time zones, esp. PH/SEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Support and Onboarding teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes across products.
• Own onboarding and support performance metrics (SLAs, CSAT, first-contact resolution, time-to-value).
• Lead the TradeWindow Academy function, designing and delivering training programs and enablement resources.
