Job summary

ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization seeking a Program Manager to lead Oncology programs globally. You will manage complex portfolios, align with strategic priorities, and drive delivery on time, within scope and budget across cross-functional teams.

The role requires MSP proficiency, a PMP or equivalent, and a track record of delivering large-scale programs in a matrix environment. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• MSP experience and expert in project management tools required.
• Oncology experience as Global Senior Clinical Project Management/Program management is essential.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex oncology programs across departments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources, monitoring progress and addressing issues.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with regular updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
