Job summary

Hybrid setup in Metro Manila with US business hours and high-volume order execution. You will navigate regulatory frameworks, document assets meticulously, and lead high-stakes

Qualifications

• Experience in Telecommunications industry; hyperscale environments preferred.
• Strong proficiency in network routing theory, VoIP architectures, and end-to-end provisioning lifecycle.
• Ability to lead complex troubleshooting and escalation efforts with global service providers.
• Knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS ecosystems and regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated to improve operational efficiency and deliver high-impact results.

• Mastermind Global Telecommunications Operations: Drive and oversee the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for our global network services, ensuring world-class execution across three major international regions.
• Serve as the Bridge for Innovation: Act as the primary technical SME bridging internal engineering, product teams, and top-tier global carrier partners to align technical capabilities and solve complex infrastructure challenges.
• Navigate Global Compliance: Maneuver through intricate regional regulatory frameworks and cross-cultural business landscapes, ensuring full compliance and meticulous asset documentation.
• Lead High-Stakes Escalations: Serve as the escalation authority for complex network troubleshooting, partnering directly with global service providers to resolve high-impact issues.
• Drive High-Volume Operational Excellence: Manage high-tempo order workflows under tight deadlines, optimizing efficiency, maintaining flawless quality, and scaling our operational reach.

Core Responsibilities

• Global Regulatory Expertise: Navigate complex telecommunications regulatory frameworks and manage the cultural nuances of doing business across three key global regions.
• Technical Liaison: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge technical gaps and align capabilities between internal business units and external carrier partners.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for global network services, ensuring all carrier assets are meticulously documented.
• Operational Excellence: Manage high-volume order provisioning under strict deadlines, maintaining peak productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Industry Expertise: Experience within the Telecommunications industry; previous experience with Hyperscale environments is highly preferred.
• Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in network routing theory, VoIP architectures, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end telecom provisioning lifecycle.
• Escalation Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex troubleshooting initiatives and drive high-level escalation efforts with global service providers.
• Domain Knowledge: Functional knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS ecosystems and their associated regulatory requirements.
• Operational Drive: A self-motivated starter capable of "hitting the ground running" to improve operational efficiency and deliver high-impact results.
• Modern Toolset: Proficient in G-Suite and project management platforms, including Asana and Jira.
• Executive Communication: Ability to present technical data and project updates clearly to Product Management, Engineering, and Executive leadership.

• Setup: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday)
• Location: BGC, Taguig City
