Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced knowledge in the networking area: Network topologies & Network protocols.
• Advanced knowledge in the area of Cisco Next Generation Firewalling.
• Basic knowledge in the area of Cisco ISE.
• Basic Knowledge in the area of network automation & monitoring.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management tool and processes.
• Experience in working as part of a global acting and multicultural team.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) managing Firewalls operationally.

Responsibilities

• Active collaboration in the Service design and technical design of Network Security services.
• Responsible for operational incident and change management in Network Security.
• Manage infrastructure including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades for Firewalls.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for service-related topics.
• Drive Escalation and Problem Management processes.
• Develop measures to improve network security infrastructure.
