Job summary

BB Wave Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure in Taguig City. The role focuses on stability, security, and performance across a dynamic gaming platform environment. 2–5 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field are required.

The candidate will handle routing, switching, VPNs, firewall configurations, and network monitoring while coordinating with IT teams. On-site work in Taguig is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of network administration or engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless networking.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network security appliances.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VDI is an advantage.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize the network infrastructure.
• Monitor network availability, performance, and security to ensure uptime.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Maintain network servers, operating systems, and related hardware.
• Plan capacity, document networks, and ensure backups and security compliance.
• Provide second-level technical support for network-related concerns.
