Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines seeks a Senior Network Architect Manager to lead architecture, engineering, and operations of the global network infrastructure, driving stability, performance, and scalability. You will oversee design, implementation, and troubleshooting, mentor teams, and align technical capabilities with business goals while ensuring security compliance.

The role requires Cisco certifications preferred; strong WAN/LAN, cloud networking, and IaC proficiency, with leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading network architecture teams in mid-to-large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VoIP, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Certified Cisco CCNP/CCIE or CCDP preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily activities of the Network Architecture and Operations Teams.
• Mentor engineers and support staff, supervise performance reviews and development.
• Act as primary escalation point for technical and operational issues.
• Design, plan, and implement network installation projects per requirements.
• Develop and enforce network architecture, standards, and policies for LAN/WAN/telecommunications.
• Conduct capacity planning and network analysis for scalability and reliability.
• Provide advanced network simulation and analysis for applications and business needs.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud networking including VMs, containers, storage, networks, and databases.
• Utilize IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for provisioning.
• Oversee WAN/LAN operations ensuring SLAs; monitor performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on security policies and DR/BCP planning.
• Maintain network documentation repositories and training materials.
