Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions Manila is seeking an HR Operations Lead - Global Mobility to drive end-to-end mobility services, ensuring compliance and exceptional employee experiences. The role leads a team, partners with CoEs and market stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in international assignments, relocations, immigration, and tax-related mobility activities.

With 5+ years in Global Mobility or HR operations, you will manage vendors, implement improvements, and uphold Nestlé

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in Global Mobility, HR Ops, or Shared Services with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of international assignments, relocations, immigration, and expatriate administration.
• Experience managing vendors and mobility service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Global Mobility services for international assignments and relocations.
• Monitor performance, service levels, and customer experience across mobility programs.
• Collaborate with global centers of excellence and market stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automation for service quality.
• Manage escalations and risk, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Support adoption and expansion of Global Mobility services into new markets.
