• 3–5 years of global mobility/immigration experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Proven track record with invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on immigration policies and visa/work permit applications.
• Coordinate with external immigration vendors for applications and renewals.
• Track case status and expiry dates; monitor compliance and audits.
• Maintain immigration records in Workday and internal trackers.
• Support IRW, EMEA transfers, and international assignments.
