Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Manager, Medical Communications and Content Solutions to lead end-to-end medical content across therapies. You will craft abstracts, manuscripts, posters, and multimedia while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific doctoral degree with excellent scientific writing skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing/developing medical content for pharma/academic/CRO/biotech.
• Ability to lead and execute a project end-to-end.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with authors and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of statistical principles used in medical research.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead projects independently and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technology applications in medical content development.
• Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel for data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop medical content end-to-end (abstracts, manuscripts, posters, slides, multimedia).
• Ensure accuracy review and data quality control of content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Train on new AI platforms and tools for content creation.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery while complying with regulations.
