Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Associate Manager in Global Medical Communications and Content Solutions to develop global medical content including abstracts, manuscripts, posters, graphical abstracts, and educational resources under supervision.

You will coordinate with Graphics, Compliance, Statistics teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance while leveraging new AI platforms. This role supports a remote, international work environment within Pfizer's MCCS organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (MS/MRes/MPharm/PhD/PharmD/MBBS/MD) with pharma medicine experience.
• Ability to take ownership and align with senior colleagues on scope and timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-cultural relationships.
• Experience in medical content writing or agency/CRO/pharma communications.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and understand applications of technology to medical content development.

Responsibilities

• Develop medical content (abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters/presentations, graphical abstracts, etc.) under supervision.
• Research, organize, compile, interpret, and QA medical content.
• Collaborate with Graphics, Compliance agency, Statistics teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure timely execution while meeting quality and compliance.
• Train on relevant tools and AI platforms for efficient content creation.
• Track project progress and resolve issues with guidance from manager.
• Identify and train in a new tool/skill for content creation.
