Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Global Market Sales Operations Head to oversee Treasury and Global Markets Operations. You will supervise record maintenance, reporting, and compliance for treasury products, including FX, fixed income, and derivatives, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate with the Global Markets Sales Group to define compliant processes, drive business initiatives, and provide strong operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Treasury Operations, Global Markets Operations, or Financial Markets support functions.
• Proven track record in operations management, risk & control governance, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Treasury Operations and Global Markets Operations activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of transactions.
• Drive operational excellence through risk management, control governance, and regulatory compliance practices.
• Manage audits, regulatory reviews, and internal control activities while ensuring adherence to banking policies and standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Analyze operational issues, make sound decisions in time-critical situations, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Prepare and present operational reports using Excel and other reporting tools, supporting informed business decisions.
