Fleet Management Services Philippines, Inc is seeking a Crewing Officer to oversee container and tanker crewing operations, coordinating with head office and Manning Offices. You will liaise with vessels and manage crew files to ensure smooth crewing processes.

The role requires experience in crewing, strong communication, and organizational skills, with offices in Manila and Cebu as part of a global ship management network. A stable career path in maritime services is offered.

Competenze

• Preferably graduate of Maritime Studies with experience in handling crewing department.

Mansioni

• Communicates with Head Office and Manning Offices on crewing matters.
• Communicates with vessels (All Containers and Tankers).
• Receives advice on vessel requirements for Engine Department (All Containers and Tankers).
• Maintains active crew vacation/leave files.
• Contacts candidates by phone and/or by other means.
• Interviews ex-crews and/or new applicants; arranges further interviews, and informs HK Office if needed.
• Prepares and replies to messages.
• Proposes candidates (Officers and crew) to HK Office and other FML Manning Offices.
• Verifies the authenticity of data in the application form (Document verification).
• Receives calls from ships' personnel re crew change inquiries, updates and advises on emergencies.
