Anchored Global Office seeks a strategic Cost Accounting Manager to lead and scale cost accounting across client engagements. You will design and optimize manufacturing cost structures, inventory valuation, close processes, and reporting infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has deep manufacturing or hardware experience, including standard costing, PPV, overhead allocation, and ERP deployment. This role demands stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8+ years in Finance & Accounting with cost/manufacturing focus.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and ERP experience.
• Experience leading client engagements and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost accounting services across multiple client engagements.
• Design, execute, and improve cost structures, PPV, and inventory valuation.
• Provide leadership in communicating results to client leadership.
• Oversee month-end close, journals, and variances for cost activities.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to drive improvements.
