Job description

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance function and serve as a strategic partner to the President and leadership team. The CFO will provide financial leadership across strategy, planning, controllership, treasury, commercial finance, risk management, and business transformation, helping drive profitable and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the President and leadership team on business strategy, financial planning, and key investment decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, management reporting, and performance management.
• Oversee accounting, controllership, treasury, cash flow, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive stronger profitability, margins, working capital, cost management, and financial discipline.
• Partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams on pricing, product/customer profitability, inventory, and operating efficiency.
• Evaluate capital investments, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, systems, analytics, and finance processes.
• Build and develop a high-performing Finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Significant progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing, consumer products, or a similarly operational business.
• Strong background in FP&A, controllership, treasury, commercial finance, and business partnering.
• Proven ability to translate financial insights into commercial and strategic decisions.
• Strong executive presence, business acumen, integrity, and people leadership capabilities.
