Job summary

Orica seeks a Manager to lead governance and continuous improvement for its global Source to Procure to Pay (S2P2P) process. You will drive governance standards, KPI reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver strategic initiatives and capability uplift.

You will define the strategic direction for S2P2P, manage portfolios, and lead a team focused on process excellence while partnering with Supply Chain, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Tax to maximise value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or relevant B2B industries.
• Background in consulting, business process improvement, governance, risk, and controls.
• Degree-qualified with at least 6 years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution.
• Strong track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience working with SAP and Ariba-enabled business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Audit Committees and global leadership forums.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the S2P2P process.
• Track, measure, and report Supply Chain KPIs to improve performance and compliance.
• Monitor governance, risk, and control requirements for compliance.
• Define strategic direction of the S2P2P portfolio aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and prioritize process enhancement initiatives and projects.
• Support business transformation through process improvement and digital initiatives.
• Manage portfolio reporting including progress, value delivery, and ROI.
• Develop learning tools to strengthen process adoption across Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, GBS, Legal, Risk, Sustainability, Finance, and Tax.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for governance and continuous improvement.
