Based in our Manila office, you will manage bookings, coordinate destination experiences, and act as a trusted brand ambassador for guests and partners, using Salesforce and Seaware to tailor each interaction.

Flexibility for rotating shifts and weekends is expected to support guests across global time zones, with a dynamic, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact centre or customer service.
• Fluent in English and another required language.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Versonix Seaware is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the guest journey across bookings and experiences.
• Deliver luxury service via phone, email, chat, and video.
• Build strong relationships with guests and travel partners.
• Utilize Salesforce and Seaware to provide personalized support.
• Share feedback to improve tools, processes, and guest experiences.
• Stay informed about Explora Journeys offerings to provide expert guidance.
• Demonstrate ownership and follow-through in a dynamic start-up environment.
