Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to handle clerical and physical tasks in support of SSA/JTDC operations in the Philippines. You will receive, inspect, package, and document shipments from US military and commercial carriers while maintaining records and coordinating with SSA personnel.

Qualifications include Filipino citizenship, a High School diploma, and 1+ year in shipping/receiving and US military retail supply activities. Proactive communication and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino citizen.
• High School diploma or equivalent; copy of diploma required.
• Experience: 1+ year as Shipping and Receiving Clerk; 1+ year in US military retail supply/storage/warehouse.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical and physical tasks in connection with shipping goods and receiving inbound shipments.
• Follows established guidelines; seeks guidance for unusual non-routine problems.
• Receives inbound shipments delivered by U.S. military or commercial carriers.
• Inspects shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness against documents.
• Identifies discrepancies and reports them to SSA leadership.
• Prepares outbound shipments with proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Assists inventory control, storage, and issue of materiel within the SSA warehouse.
• Maintains physical accountability of government property and designated storage locations.
• Supports inventories (cyclic, monthly, annual).
• Maintains shipping/receiving records and files per contract and Army requirements.
• Assists SSA with data entry in U.S. Army supply systems (GCSS-Army or designated systems).
• Provides courteous and professional support to supported units and customers.
• Notifies leadership of mis-shipped or unidentified materiel for disposition.
• Follows warehouse safety procedures and uses PPE as required.
• Complies with V2X, USG security, and host-nation regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
