Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a logistics support professional to draft quotes, confirm bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role focuses on rates management, client intelligence, and price quotation processes across air and sea platforms.

On-site position in Ortigas or Cubao with opportunities for travel and career growth. A customer-service mindset, accuracy, and English proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Sales Support experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with patience and efficiency.
• Tech-savvy with fast learning ability for new systems.

Responsibilities

• Rates and Quotations Management: Entering/updating rates (client & supplier); update exchange rates; handle rate enquiries; spot quote/quotation; manage client rates and company tariff.
• Managing Client Intelligence: Register opportunities; create client intelligence; register communications.
• Client-specific tasks: tasks in WebCargo (Air) and CargoSphere (Sea) like downloading quotation records and rate templates, uploading carrier buy rates.
• Other tasks: entering/updating client and supplier rates; manage costing and spot quotations; company tariff management; update exchange rates.
