Job summary

Addiction Foods LLC is seeking an Order Management & Logistics Officer (Team Lead) to orchestrate end-to-end order execution and export logistics across global markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Logistics or Order Management.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG or export-heavy manufacturing is essential.
• Strong hands-on experience in international export logistics and trade documentation/compliance.
• Advanced SAP ERP experience, particularly SD and MM modules.
• Strong Excel and data analytics capability; Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable supporting global operations across time zones and critical shipment periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle from SAP entry to delivery.
• Ensure accurate export, shipping, and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Fulfillment, customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers.
• Monitor shipment performance, order accuracy, lead times, and logistics KPIs.
• Manage freight forwarder/carrier relationships and cost optimization.
• Drive SAP-enabled automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and support the Order Management & Logistics Team.
