Job summary

Citi Philippines seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the portfolio strategy, drive P&L growth, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Technology, Sales, and Compliance. You will shape product positioning, pricing, and partner strategy to maximize revenue and client value.

The role requires senior-level exposure and the ability to manage a broad product set across Citi's local and global networks, with a focus on customer experience and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of clients, industry players and ecosystem preferred
• Broad and diverse function experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, client payment flows and financial analytics
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for a portfolio of solutions and services.
• Drive pricing, segmentation and channel strategies to maximize revenue.
• Lead partnerships and alliances to create turn-key solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Sales and Compliance locally and globally.
• Develop and communicate business plans to drive market growth and risk controls.
