Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking a senior leasing leader to develop and direct comprehensive leasing strategies across the Visayas portfolio, maximizing occupancy and asset value. You will lead regional leasing teams and manage major transactions with executive exposure.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with property owners, developers, and strategic partners, backed by incentives, travel opportunities, and a strong career growth path within a high-growth organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• 10+ years in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, business development, advertising, hospitality, airlines, events, or related industries.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing leasing, brokerage, business development, or sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding both individual and team sales, leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Strong experience in business development, client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
• Established network of corporate clients, landlords, developers, property owners, occupiers, and key decision-makers across CRE.
• Demonstrated success in originating, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial transactions, partnerships, or sales agreements.
• In-depth understanding of CRE leasing, market trends, tenant requirements, and property valuation principles.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and asset value.
• Provide executive leadership to regional leasing teams, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Handle major leasing transactions, including tenant acquisitions, renewals, expansions, negotiations, and contracts.
• Drive lead generation, oversee property presentations and ocular inspections, and ensure end-to-end service.
• Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, brokers, and partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to position properties strategically.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Research, IT, Finance to ensure integrated leasing operations.
• Use data-driven insights to forecast leasing performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and real estate associations to expand presence.
• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction, tenant retention, and service excellence.
