PRIME Philippines is seeking a strategic leader to oversee all commercial leasing activities across the company’s Luzon portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, optimize portfolio performance, and strengthen relationships with property owners, developers, and senior executives.

You will lead leasing teams, manage major transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure superior client service and market leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, business development, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading leasing, brokerage, or sales teams.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales, leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Strong network with corporate clients, landlords, developers, and decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, lead, and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental yields, and asset value across the Luzon portfolio.
• Provide executive leadership and direction to leasing teams, aligning with corporate goals.
• Handle major leasing transactions including tenant acquisition, renewals, expansions, negotiations, and contracts.
• Drive lead generation, oversee property presentations and inspections, and ensure seamless end-to-end leasing and after-sales service.
• Build and strengthen relationships with owners, developers, tenants, brokers, and partners.
• Analyze market trends and economic indicators to position properties and maintain market leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Research, IT, Finance to ensure integrated leasing operations.
• Forecast leasing performance and identify growth opportunities for portfolio expansion and revenue growth.
• Represent PRIME at industry events to strengthen brand and network in the region.
• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction, tenant retention, and service excellence.
