Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems Philippines seeks a Section Head, Supply Chain Planning to lead a team of planners responsible for scheduling, dispatch, and on-time delivery across Probe, Assembly, Test, and Subcontractor facilities.

You will optimize manufacturing capacity, drive continuous improvement, and influence OTD metrics while coordinating with global AML units and logistics teams to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 2–5 years of production planning or materials management experience, preferably in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set team direction and goals for the Planning Group.
• Oversee end-to-end scheduling across multiple facilities.
• Monitor and optimize capacity and master production scheduling to meet dates.
• Coordinate with global units and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
