Job summary

Inchcape Digital Limited seeks a Lead Solution Architect to guide a distributed team and drive early-stage solution design for the Digital Experience Platform. You will blend people leadership with hands-on architecture across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations.

You will shape HLDs, ensure architectural quality, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery leadership to align across regions. Strong governance and capacity planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture and leading multi-region delivery teams.
• Proven track record of developing and guiding Solution Architects and technical squads.
• Strong cross-domain expertise across Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, and API/integration architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Solution Architects across regions.
• Establish architecture culture aligned with DXP standards and governance.
• Own capacity planning and ensure alignment with Product, Engineering, and Delivery leadership.
• Shape early-stage solutions (HLDs, trade-offs, scalability, integration strategy).
• Operate governance boards and enforce design standards across domains.
• Provide cross-domain leadership across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations.
