Job summary

goFLUENT is hiring an Instructional Designer to create high-volume content for middle and high school language teaching solutions. You will blend instructional design, digital pedagogy, AI-assisted production, and project management to deliver engaging, effective teaching content.

The role requires native-level English proficiency, a relevant college degree, and experience in instructional design. A hybrid/onsite setup in Eastwood, QC is offered with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• native-level, expert, or bilingual English proficiency.
• a college degree in education, English, linguistics, or related field.
• instructional design expertise for digital and blended contexts.
• experience in teaching or writing for young learners or language education.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop activities that build language, critical thinking, and real-world communication skills; ensure measurable proficiency.
• Curate and organize courses to meet curriculum goals and business needs.
• Research curriculum standards and edtech trends to identify market opportunities and shape content strategies.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to establish project scopes and objectives and ensure deployment.
• Schedule and monitor timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to update and optimize content on goFLUENT's platform.
• Perform other duties aligned with team needs.
