Qualifications

• Must have passed the Philippine bar examination.
• Experience handling labor cases overseas and domestically with dispute resolution.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Overseas recruitment and employment law management.
• Labor case management in domestic and international jurisdictions.
• Dispute resolution for labor matters.
• Legal research and drafting of briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
• Client management with timely updates and sound advice.
• Supervise junior paralegal staff and ensure task accuracy.
