Job summary

WTW seeks a Global Corporate Operations Knowledge Enablement Lead to design, implement, and manage knowledge strategies across Global Corporate Operations, driving learning initiatives aligned with global objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, adoption of AI and automation, and development of leadership, technical, and soft-skills programs across regions to enable high performance.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in knowledge enablement within a large global organization.
• Strong understanding of GBS and centralization strategies.
• Ability to move from technology capabilities to AI and automation.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and knowledge driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to manage and motivate team members to optimize effectiveness and collaboration.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience executing innovative approaches.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated global, multicultural, and cross functional mindset.
• Strong change leadership and change management capabilities.
• Experience working in a shared services operations environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global knowledge enablement strategy that aligns with the GBS model and the organization's overall business goals.
• Create a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organization's global business objectives, identifying key growth areas.
• Conduct regular assessments to determine department and regional needs and prioritize initiatives.
• Design programs to develop leadership skills at all levels, including executive coaching and succession planning.
• Develop technical training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Implement workshops focused on communication, teamwork, and problem solving.
• Utilize a mix of learning methodologies: e-learning, virtual classrooms, in-person sessions, and blended learning.
