Job summary

Deltek is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to join our global development team. You will design, develop, and maintain robust web-enabled applications and data-driven solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the US, Philippines, and India.

You will write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle while supporting customer issues during US East Time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Experience developing SQL, SQL Functions, and Stored Procedures.
• Knowledge in PL/SQL or Transact-SQL.
• Quick to learn new products and technologies.
• Involvement in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across distributed teams.
• Strength in leveraging AI to learn and develop.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams across different time zones, willing to work NIGHT SHIFT PH

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-enabled applications using Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographic locations to deliver high-quality software products and updates.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
