Job summary

PeopleCert is a global leader in assessment and certification. We seek a Director-ITIL (Presales) to provide ITIL subject matter expertise across the global ITIL ecosystem, collaborating with Business Development, Product, and Marketing. This is a remote, travel-intensive role with a global reach.

The successful candidate will influence content, drive sales enablement, and support partner organizations to grow ITIL products worldwide.

Qualifications

• Recognised global expert in ITIL and Digital Product/Service Management.
• 10+ years' experience with ITIL products including real-world consulting or practitioner work.
• Understanding of related digital product and service mgmt products (COBIT, IT4IT, ISO20001).
• Extensive experience with ITIL training partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Grow awareness and market size of ITIL products with corporates and governments.
• Collaborate with global ITIL Business Development to drive sales.
• Support content development with Product/Development teams.
• Partner with Marketing to promote the ITIL brand.
