Job summary

QBE in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Support and IT Service Desk professional to deliver Level 1 IT support across phone, chat, email and portal. You will capture, analyse and escalate incidents, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining strong customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, excellent English communication, and familiarity with Windows and ITIL processes. Office-based with potential shifts and holiday coverage in the Cebu/Manila area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Outstanding analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to high volume help desk requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good IT technical skills and understanding of help desk processes.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT service desk support via phone, chat, email, and portal.
• Capture, analyse, escalate and manage incidents and service requests.
• Perform incident management and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver high level of customer experience across channels.
• Assist in developing and maintaining IT service management processes.
