Comrise in the Philippines seeks an experienced IT project leader to manage key initiatives within the Global Corporate Operation (GCO) team. You will support service delivery strategy and execution across all locations and client groups, driving a culture of continuous improvement.

You will identify trends, address process gaps, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues while contributing to measurement frameworks and reporting that align with business needs.

Formación

• 10 years of overall experience and relevant exposure to IT project management, Six Sigma and Data Analytics. With emphasis on IT-related projects.
• Strong Project Management skills. Able to logically prioritize tasks and work schedules in advance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to form relationships with Business Partners and convey a high level of integrity and credibility
• Combined analytical and influencing skills with comfort and flexibility working with different organization levels
• Customer service orientation with ability to manage and support clients in sensitive situations
• Ensures processes and control are aligned to established procedure (SOP's), protocols
• High energy level and passion with the ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dynamic environment and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Flexible to working in different shifts to provide global support

Responsabilidades

• Manage key projects within the Global Corporate Operation (GCO) team.
• Support GCO in service delivery strategy and execution across all locations and client groups.
• Identify trends and process gaps and drive a culture of improvement.
• Manage issues and process complexities through partnership with various stakeholders
• Support measurement mechanisms and reporting according to the need of the business
• Drive focus areas around client orientation and Customer satisfaction
