TRT seeks a Global Operations Manager to oversee processes across multiple TRT offices in 15 countries, aligning business strategies to a standardized global vision. You will manage HR, recruitment, IT admin, and compliance while ensuring risk management and client accountability.

The role requires strong global expertise in Business and IT, multilingual communication, and deep knowledge of labor laws and contract management.

Qualifications

• Strong global expertise in Business and IT.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
• Knowledge of global labor laws and contract management.
• Experience in business, project, risk management and analytics.
• Proficiency with enterprise tools: NetSuite, Bamboo HR, MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement standardized global policies and procedures.
• Develop long-term strategic approaches for evolving business conditions.
• Oversee Global HR, Recruitment, IT Admin, and Compliance Teams.
• Monitor global operations and ensure compliance across accounts.
• Conduct risk management and root-cause analysis with preventive actions.
• Visit sites and clients to ensure effective global management.
• Communicate with global units, teams, and clients to align expectations.
• Prepare and analyze reports for CEO submission.
