TRT is a global IT services provider seeking a Global Operations Manager to oversee processes across 15 countries, including the Philippines, aligning business strategies to a standardized worldwide vision. You will supervise Global HR, Recruitment, IT Admin and Compliance teams and ensure rigorous governance, risk management and performance reporting.

The role requires strong global IT and business acumen, multilingual communication, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Formación

• Experience leading global operations across multiple countries.
• Ability to manage contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, HR tools and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Create and enforce standardized global policies and procedures across TRT offices.
• Develop long-term strategies and align global operations with a unified vision.
• Oversee Global HR, Recruitment, IT Admin, and Compliance teams.
• Monitor activities and ensure compliance across global accounts.
• Conduct risk and root-cause analyses with preventive actions.
• Lead site visits and client engagements to ensure accountability.
• Prepare reports for the CEO and senior leadership.
