Job summary

DemandScience US, LLC is seeking a Head of IT Infrastructure and Security to lead global technology strategy, governance, and security. You will own enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and technology risk management while partnering with executives to align investments with business goals.

The role requires building strong teams, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance across GDPR/industry frameworks, with an emphasis on AI governance and business continuity in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT, infrastructure, security, or technology operations.
• 5+ years leading managers, directors, or senior technical leaders within a global organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, compliance, audit, and operations.
• Strong expertise with AWS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, enterprise SaaS ecosystems, identity management, endpoint management, security operations, and compliance frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, AWS, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Develop and execute multi-year technology and security roadmaps.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior technology leaders.
• Own workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Legal, HR, and Finance to support growth.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance programs.
• Direct security operations, incident response, and security awareness initiatives.
• Manage third-party risk, vendor negotiations, and technology procurement.
