The role drives capital markets activities, M&A, cross-border debt facilities, and scalable finance operations, ensuring IFRS alignment and strong controls while supporting rapid growth in emerging markets. Experience in technology/SaaS and executive leadership across multinational teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO or senior finance leader with IPO or liquidity event experience.
• Strong track record in tech/SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in capital markets, deal structuring, and investor relations.
• Experience implementing IFRS standards and leading cross-border teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with institutional investors.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic preparation and execution of international IPOs with founders, board, and investors.
• Drive fundraising, M&A, and capital markets initiatives and optimize a complex capital structure.
• Serve as core partner to CEO and investors, driving transactions and corporate development.
• Own day-to-day numbers and build a public-market‑grade finance function as the business scales.
• Establish governance, risk management, internal controls, and IFRS compliance from scratch.
