Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring a Global Intercompany Analyst in Taguig to execute end-to-end intercompany accounting activities across entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with global procedures.

You will perform daily posting, reconciliation, and substantiation of intercompany balances, support month-end closes, maintain documentation, and collaborate with team leads and global partners to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 18–24 months of accounting or finance operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn global processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute intercompany accounting activities in line with governance.
• Post, reconcile, and substantiate intercompany balances.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Maintain documentation per global standards.
• Collaborate with team leads and global partners; participate in learning.
• Identify process improvements.
