Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Finance Intern – Global Intercompany is based in Manila, Philippines, from January to May 2027. The intern will support the Global Intercompany team to perform intercompany accounting, reporting, data analysis, and process improvements in a fast-paced global setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with transactions, reconciliations, month-end close, SOP maintenance, and collaboration with regions.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or Business Administration.
Good academic standing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation, validation, and analysis of intercompany transactions and reports.
Support reconciliation activities and investigate discrepancies between intercompany balances.
Assist in data gathering, reporting, and documentation of finance processes.
Participate in month-end close support activities and operational reviews.
Help maintain SOPs and knowledge repositories; support audits and internal controls.
